Well, 2024 has been a funny sort of a year. Lots of long term clients popping out of the woodwork for insurance surveys. Quite a few new sailors thinking of purchasing for the first time. Lots of abandoned yachts around in the marina’s and boatyards, all of which makes it important to check on ownership prior to purchase especially when it’s a private deal.
